For registered users, the run-times of ActiveResize control are totally royalty-free. You can redistribute ActiveResize control with your compiled applications to your end users without the need to pay any additional fees to VBGold Software.

If you use an evaluation copy of ActiveResize, you can distribute it freely with your compiled applications to your end-users. However, if any of your users uses the control for a time period beyond the 30-day evaluation period, you must register the control.

ActiveResize control has references to the Visual Basic runtime libraries only. When you create setup packages to distribute your Visual Basic Applications, the package and deployment wizard (for VB6) or the setup wizard (for VB5) will already include the Visual Basic runtime libraries with your application. Therefore, you do not need to include any other libraries with your applications for ActiveResize to function properly on the user's system.
